Ingredients:

1/2 kg mąki;
3 dag drożdży;
2-3 łyżki ciepłego mleka + łyżeczka cukru;
2 szkl. mleka;
szczypta soli;
2 jaja;
olej do smażenia;

Prepare instructions:

       Przesiać mąkę do miski.
   Drożdże rozmieszać z 2-3 łyżkami mleka i cukrem i odstawić na chwilę do wyrośnięcia, po czym wlać do mąki razem z resztą mleka i solą.
   Szybko wymieszać, przykryć czystą ściereczką i odstawić w ciepłe miejsce, aż podwoi swoją objętość.
   Po tym czasie dodać żółtka, starannie wyrobić i połączyć z ubitą pianę z białek. Znowu odstawić na 15- 20 min.

Gotowe ciasto nabierać łyżką maczaną w oleju, kłaść na rozgrzany tłuszcz
i smażyć rumiane racuchy.

Podawać posypane cukrem pudrem.

Przepis jest w mojej rodzinie od co najmniej trzech pokoleń.

Potwierdzam, że pyszne w smaku, ale raz ciasto nie chciało 'podwoić objętości', nie wiem dlaczego, być może za krótko czekałam, a dwa chyba też zbyt krótko smażyłam, bo niektórym zostało troszkę miękkiego ciasta w środku :// ale to wina moich nikłych umiejętności, a nie przepisu :) pycha :)
