Ingredients:

1 spory bakłażan,
2 małe cukinie,
czerwona i zielona papryka,
4 średnie pomidorki,
cebula,
ząbek czosnku,
sól, pieprz, bazylia,
oliwa

Prepare instructions:

Bakłażana kroimy w półplastry grubości ok 1 cm, cukinię w plasterki podobnej grubości. Solimy je i odstawiamy na pół godzinki. Następnie wycieramy ściereczką. Pomidory sparzamy i kroimy w grubą kostkę. Z papryk wycinamy gniazda nasienne i tniemy warzywo w kosteczkę. Cebulę piórkujemy, a czosnek siekamy drobniutko. Na patelni smażymy czosnek i cebulę zeby sie zeszkliły i przekładamy do rondla. Na tym samym tłuszczu (+ jeszcze sporo bo bakłażan chłonie tłuszcz jak gąbka) obsmażamy bakłażana i cukinię tak żeby były rumiane. Przekładamy je do rondla z cebulą. Dodajemy pomidory i paprykę, solimy, pieprzymy i posypujemy bazylią. Dusimy pod przykryciem ok pół godziny. Jemy z bułeczką :)

to jest potrawa z bajki "Ratatuj" o szczurku kucharzu:) super zrobie dla męża:)

Zrobiłam bez bakłażana, pyszne danie, jako dodatek do ryżu :)
