Ingredients:

1 kg filetów z ryby ( morszczuk, panga, dorsz co kto lubi)
sól
pieprz
sok z cytryny lub ocet
mąka
olej do smazenia ryby

2 cebule
1/2 kg marchwi
1 pitruszka
1 mały seler
2 łyżeczki musztardy
1/2 słoiczka koncentratu pomidorowego
sól
pieprz
olej do zeszklenia cebuli ( okolo 2-3 łyżki)

do dekoracji cytryna, natka piertuszki

Prepare instructions:

Przepis zaginiony- ponownie wpisany
Filety z ryby rozmrozić, osączyć, poporcjować, skropić sokiem z cytryny lub octem, posypać solą i pieprzem. Pozostawic na 1-2 godziny w lodówce. Po tym czasie obtoczyć w mące i usmażyc na oleju.

Przygotować warzywa
Na dno garnka lub głęgokiej patelni wlac 2-3 lyzki oleju, rozgrzać go i wlożyć pokrojoną w talarki cebulę, zeszklic ją. Do zeszklonej cebuli dodac wcześniej umyte obrane i starte na tarce do jarzyn warzywa. Dusić na wolnym ogniu, mieszać i podlewać od czasu do czasu wodą zeby sie nie przypaliły . Po ok. 1/2 godz dodać musztardę, koncentrat pomidorowy, sól pieprz do smaku. Jeszcze troche poddusić żeby warzywa były dość gęste

Na usmażona rybkę kłaść gorące warzywa. Przed podaniem na stół udekorować cytryną i natką pietruszki.
Taka rybka jest bardzo smaczna na gorąco jak i na zimno.
