Sałatka ziemniaczana z ogórkami

Ingredients:

5 - 6 małych ziemniaków
1 - 2 ogórki konserwowe
1 - 2 ogórki kiszone
1 spora cebula
pół pęczka szczypiorku
1/3 pęczka natki pietruszki (może być więcej jeśli ktoś lubi)
ocet biały winny
śmietana 18% - dwie łyżki
majonez Winiary - kilka łyżek
sól
pieprz
cukier

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach z odrobiną soli. Cebulę kroimy w piórka, siekamy szczypiorek i natkę pietruszki. Kiedy ziemniaki są ugotowane jeszcze ciepłe obieramy, kroimy w plasterki, słupki jak lubimy. Zalewamy gorącą wodą, tak jeden duży kubek. Dodajemy cebulę, 5 łyżek octu winnego, odrobinę soli, odrobinę cukru. Odstawiamy do schlodzenia. Po czym odlewamy wodę i dodajemy pokrojone w pałeczki, słupki, plasterki jak lubimy ogórki i posiekany szczypiorek z pietruszką. Wszystko mieszamy. Zaprawiamy majonezem, śmietaną , solą i pieprzem tak do smaku.

Połączenie dwóch rodzajów ogórkow, szczypiorku i pietruszki daje ciekawy smak.

Podajemy schłodzone.

Dlaczego tak mało ogórków? Jadaję cały słoik, pozdrawiam

Można dodać więcej w zależności od upodobań smakowych - pozdrawiam i dzięki za podpowiedź - dodam więcej następnym razem :):)
