Ingredients:

CIASTO: 350g mąki,20g drożdży,1/8l letniego ciepłego mleka,30g masła,1jajko,30g cukru,szczypta soli MASA SEROWA: 500g półtłustego twarogu,2 jajka,120g cukru,1/4 łyżeczki soli,1 łyżeczka otartej skórki z cytryny MASA JAJECZNO-MAŚLANA: 180g masła,150g cukru,pół laski wanilii,4 jajka,4 łyżki mąki,30 g płatków migdałów

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Z łyżeczki mąki, łyżeczki cukru, drożdży i mleka przygotowac rozczyn i odstawić na pół godziny do wyrośnięcia.Potem dodać rozpuszczone,letnie masło,resztę mąki i cukru, jajko i wyrobić.Odstawić na 40 min. w ciepłe miejsce.Po tym czasie ciasto ułożyć na blasze i ponakuwać widelcem. MASA SEROWA: Jajka,cukier,sól i skórke cytrynową utrzeć na kremową masę.Następnie stopniowo dodawać zmielony twaróg i dalej ubijać na puszystą masę.Wyłożyć na ciasto. MASA JAJECZNO-MAŚLANA: Masło z cukrem ubić na puszystą masę.Dodać 1 jajko i wanilię.Następnie dosypać mąkę i stopniowo dodawać kolejne jajka.Masę jajeczną wyłożyć na masę serową i posypać ją płatkami migdałów. Piec przez 25-30 min. w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni.

Nigdy nie bawię się laseczką wanilii, dodaję cały cukier waniliowy i serniczek wychodzi bardzo dobry.

Absolutnie nie polecam, wyszedł gniot, masa jajeczna zamieniła się w mega zakalec - szkoda tylko zmarnowanych jajek i dobrego sera. Jest to jedno z nielicznych ciast, które będę kupować w cukierni, bo efekt pieczenia marny a przepis na ten sernik jest wszędzie taki sam.
