Ingredients:

Składniki jak w przepisie na sernik gazetowy
http://wielkiezarcie.com/przepis24238.html jedynie w miejsce części serka śmietankowego dałam serek kakaowy.

Kruchy spód:

15 dag mąki (niepełna szklanka)
5 łyżek cukru pudru
10 dag zimnego masła
2 żółtka

Masa:

75 dag twarogu ( pół na pół kakaowy i śmietankowy)
25 dag sera mascarpone
1 szklanka cukru
6 jajek
5 płaskich łyżek mąki pszennej
6 płaskich łyżek mąki ziemniaczanej
2/3 szklanki mleka (160 ml)
5 dag roztopionego masła
cukier puder do posypania
2 kartki gazety :)

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie przebiegało dokładnie tak samo z jedną różnicą ,że do żóltek dałam jedynie mascarpone i gdy składniki były połączone (ale jeszcze bez białka) podzieliłam ciasto na 2 części.Do jednej dodałam serek śmietankowy a do drugiej kakaowy.Pianę też podzieliłam do każdej po połowie.Następnie wlewałam po 3 łyżki wazowe ciasta (ale to okazało sie byż za dużo).Natępnym razem do masy jasnej dam łyżkę mąki,bo ciemna masa jest cięższa i upada na dno.
Dalej postępowałam jak w poprzednim przepisie!

kamila- wpisz składniki tutaj, podając też link - bo mając wydruk na kartce nie da się kliknąć na link - a to bardzo utrudnia kucharzenie.

Czy mogła bym uzyc po 1/2 kg sera śmietankowego i kakaowego, a mascarpone nie dodawać w ogóle? Czy ktos próbował takiej wersji?

Ptysioch - nie próbowałam jeszcze innej wersji,niz ta w przepisie,ale wydaje mi sie że ten mascarpone jest tam potrzebny.Ale jeśli wypróbujesz,to bardzo proszę daj znać!
