Sernik z brzoskwiniami Dajanki

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
         3 szkl mąki
         5 żółtek
         1 kostka margaryny
         3 łyżki cukru
         1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
         kakao

Masa:
         80 dag białego sera
         3/4 szkl cukru
         3 jajka
         1/4kostki masła
         1 budyń śmietankowy
         aromat cytrynowy
         duża puszka brzoskwiń

Pianka:
         5 białek
         1/2 szkl cukru
         1 budyń śmietankowy

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść kruche ciasto. 1/4 cz. ciasta włożyć do zamrażalnika i mocno schlodzic. Pozostałą cz. ciasta wyłożyć blachę. Na wierzchu rozsypać cieniutką warstwę kakao.

Ucierać masło, dodając powoli ser (jeśli jest to twaróg wcześniej nie mielony mielimy go 2 razy i dodajemy 1/2 kost masła), cukier, żółtka, budyń i aromat.
Ubić pianę z białek i delikatnie wymieszać z serem. Masę serową wylać na ciasto.
Odsączone z syropu i pokrojone w plastry brzoskwinie układać na serze.

Ubić puanę z białek z cukrem. Pod koniec ubijania dodać budyń i wymieszać już na mniejszych obrotach miksera.
wlać pianę na brzoskwinie, a następnie zetrzeć na tarce ciasto schłodzone w zamrażalce.

Piec ok. 75 min. w temp. 200 st.

Mój pierwszy sernik w życiu .....Rodzina była w szoku ..Ja też ...PYCHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gorąco polecam!!!!!
