Ingredients:

Ciasto:
2,5 szklanki mąki,
kostka margaryny lub masła,
10 dag cukru,
10 dag cukru pudru,
6 jaj,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
dżem z czarnej porzeczki lub powidła,

Masa:
25 dag orzechów włoskich,
1 szklanka mleka,
25 dag margaryny,
3/4 szklanki cukru pudru

Dodatki:
czekolada

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Z mąki, margaryny, cukru, 6 żółtek i proszku do pieczenia wyrabiamy ciasto. Dzielimy na 2 części i rozkładamy na 2 równych blachach. Ciasto smarujemy dżemem. A z białek i z cukru pudru ubijamy pianę i wykładamy na ciasto. Każdy placek pieczemy ok 30 minut.

Orzechy mielimy i zalewamy gorącym mlekiem, dodajemy cukier puder. Gdy ostygnie ucieramy z margaryną.

Oba ciasta przekładamy masą orzechową, z tym, że górną część kładziemy spodem do góry.

Wierzch ciasta możmy posmarować resztą masy i udekorować potartą czekoladą.

Smacznego.

Ten placek powstał z połączenia dwóch przepisów: "Pani Walewska" i "Niebo".

a i jeszcze pytanko,czy orzechy z mlekiem nie będą za rzadkie,żeby je utrzeć z masłem??

robiłam ten kremik i jak orzechy zaleje się mlekiem to one napęcznieją i można je śmiało miksować z masełkiem

aniula25 ma rację. Orzechy napęcznieją i masa nie będzie rzadka.
