Śledź w musztardzie

Ingredients:

4 filety śledziowe małosolne

3 cebule

musztarda

só,l pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Filety wymoczyć aby nie były zbyt mocno słone, a następnie wysmarować z obu stron musztardą.

Cebule przekroić na pół i pokroić w piórka. Tak pokrojoną cebulę podsmażamy do miękkości przyprawiając ją szczyptą soli i pieprzem do smaku. tak usmażoną cebulę pozostawiamy do ostygnięcia.

Następnie do salaterki na dno kładziemy 1/3 cebulki, potem śledzie i przykrywamy wszystko resztą cebuli. Tak zrobione śledzie zostawiamy na noc w lodówce. Na drugi dzień podajemy z chlebkiem lub bułeczką.

również robię takie śledzie tylko nie smaruję każdego kawałka musztardą a całą jego warstwę w słoiku... ;-)
