Smażona skórka pomarańczowa

Ingredients:

Skórki z pomarańczy
Cukier
Woda

Prepare instructions:

Obrane skórki z pomarańczy należy moczyc w zimnej wodzie przez okolo 3 dni. Wodę każdego dnia należy zmieniac tez 3 razy. Po tym czasie przygotowujemy z cukru i niewielkiej ilości wody syrop i na gorący wrzucamy wymoczone skórki. Smażymy ciągle mieszając, aż zrobią się lekko przezroczyste (10-15min). Czynność tę wykonujemy 2-3 razy w ciągu 2 dni ( przesmażanie przez 5 - 10 min). Do wyparzonych małych słoiczkow wkładamy usmażone skórki, zalewamy syropem(ale nie koniecznie), zakrecamy i mamy doskonaly dodatek do ciast(sernikow, makowcow, szrlotki itd)

Polecam!!!ta skorka jest pyszna robie ja tak samo od lat,moja mama też zawsze tak robila,jedynie różni się moj sposob tym,że skórki przed smażeniem kroję w kosteczkę ,pozdrawiam SERUŚ

Gdzieś czytałam /choć jeszcze nie próbowałam/, że cukier należy dodawać stopniowo, co daje gwarację, że skórki będą elastyczne i bardzo aromatyczne. Może rzeczywiście coś w tym jest, bo nie wiem jak Wam wychodzą, ale moje jak dłużej postoją to są twarde że hej i muszę je dawać ze słoiczkiem na chwilę do mikrofali, bo inaczej musiałabym bawić się w górnika.
