Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

4 jaja,
1 szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej,
2 łyżki mąki pszennej,
3/4 szkl cukru,
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
1 saszetka kawy cappuccino

Masa Smietanowa:

1/2 l kremówki
2 śnieżki
2 łyżeczki żelatyny (rozpuścić i 1/4 szkl gorącej wody)

Ponadto:
2 op. okrągłych biszkoptów, 1 puszka gotowej masy krówkowej, 1 saszetka kawy cappuccino, 1 słoik kwaskowego dżemu (wiśniowy, śliwkowy, z czarnej porzeczki), 2 szkl mocnej kawy rozpuszczalnej (ja robię z 3 łyżeczek)

Prepare instructions:

1. Biszkopt: białka ubić na sztywno, dodać cukier, żółtka, obie mąki i proszek do pieczenia. Wylać na blachę (40x25) i piec ok 20 - 25 minut w 180 st. Po wystygnięciu ciasto przekroić na dwa blaty.

2. Jeden blat posmarować dżemem. Na dżem wyłożyć masę krówkową. Na masę krówkową ułożyć biszkopty namoczone w kawie rozpuszczalnej.

3. Śmietanę ubić ze śnieżkami, wlać rozpuszczoną, zimną żelatynę. 3/4 śmietany wyłożyć na biszkopty. Do pozostałej śmietany wrzucić saszetkę kawy cappuccino, zmiksować. Śmietanę wyłożoną na biszkopty przykryć drugim plackiem ciasta. Lekko docisnąć. Resztę śmietany cienko rozsmarować na cieście.

Bardzo apetycznie wyglda ten biszkopt ,prosze tylko powiedziec czy 1 saszeta to tzw. jednorazowka do zaparzenia na jedna filizanke?
