soczyste piersi kurczaka w sezamie

Ingredients:

Przepis na 2porcje:

1 podwójna pierś kurczaka
3-4 jajka
2 serki twarożkowe z dowolnymi dodatkami
kilka łyżek mąki
15- 20 dag sezamu
sól, pieprz, ulubione przyprawy
olej
folia aluminiowa

Prepare instructions:

piersi rozbić

dość cienko, ale tak, żeby nie przerwać ich ciągłości. Jajka rozkłócić z przyprawami, zanurzyć w tym piersi na 3-4 godziny.

Piersi wyjąć z jajka, i wzdłuż nich nałożyć twarożek.
Zawinąć filety i obtoczyć je w mące, po czym obsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju z każdej strony- bardzo krótko.

Wyjąć zawijańce na talerz i pozwolić im przestygnąć, następnie zanurzyć w pozostałym jajku i itoczyć sezamem, potem czynność powtóryć i piersiaczki znów wędrują na olej- na 2-3 minuty z każdej strony.

Następnie gorące przekładamy do folii aluminiowej, szczelnie je owijając i w tej postaci na baaardzo małym ogniu pieczemy ok godziny.

bardzo proszę dyta83 . Też uwielbiam kurczakowe szaleństwa. Są lekkie, pyszne, proste w przygotowaniu . Pozdrawiam

witam,nie bardzo rozumien potatnia czesc przepisu "zawijamy w folie i pieczemy na małym ogniu ok godziny" tzn. ze pieczeny na patelni czy w piekarniku??

Pieczemy w naczyniu ( najlepiej z nieprzywierającym spodem np. teflonowym, pod przykryciem
