Sos orzechowy do drobiu i ryb

Ingredients:

składniki:

*1 szklanka zmielonych orzechów włoskich
*szklanka bulionu drobiowego
*3 ząbki czosnku
*1 łyżeczka mielonej kolendry
*1 łyżka octu winnego
*3 krople octu spirytusowego
*1 łyżka majonezu
*sól,pieprz,papryka ostra do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy wsypać do miseczki.Jeśli mamy orzechy w całości należy je przepuścić przez maszynke do mielenia mięsa lub sproszkować tłuczkiem do mielenia mięsa.W ten sam sposób tłuczkiem potraktować ziarenka kolendry.Sproszkowaną kolendre,wyciśnięty czosnek,,przyprawy,ocet i majonez dodać do orzechów.Na końcu dodać zimny bulion.Wymieszać,odstawić do lodówki.
Podawać do drobiu i ryb.

Na zdjęciu do sosu orzechowego podałam kawałki kurczaka,ryż brązowy i surówkę z selera naciowego z jabłkiem i marchewką.

Zdaję sobie sprawę,że połączenie orzechów,czosnku i kolendry może się wydawać dość kontrowersyjne,jednak zapewniam,że smak jest zaskakująco pozytywny.

Zrobiłam sos do ryby,położyłam rodzince na talerz po kleksie na próbę i cóż tu dużo mówić poprosili o polanie po całości. Smak rzeczywiście zaskakująco pozytywny , lekko pikantny i pozostawiający orzeźwiający smak w ustach , pycha .
