Sos słodki jak język Janka

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

10 strączków chili lub peperoni;
2 duże cebule;
5 dużych jabłek winno-słodkich;
5 dużych papryk czerwonych słodkich;
1 torebka papryki słodkiej mielonej;
300ml koncentratu pomidorowego;
100-150 ml octu winnego;*)
0,5 łyżeczki gałki muszkatołowej zmielonej;
0,5 łyżeczki imbiru;
2 duże ząbki czosnku;
0,5 łyżeczki soli;
50 ml oleju słonecznikowego.

*) jeśli chcemy mieć rzadszy sos, to możemy dać więcej.

Prepare instructions:

Chili (peperoni) oczyścić z ziaren. Jabłka obrać oczyścić z gniazd nasiennych.Cebulę obrać.
Wszystkie składniki surowe zmiksować dodając: koncentrat pomidorowy
Całość zagotować na wolnym ogniu potrzymać ok 5 minut nastepnie dodać pozostałe składniki, szybko zagotować.
Podstudzić i jeszcze raz zmiksować. Teraz po gorącej obróbce lepiej wszystko się "zmiażdży".
Powkładać w małe słoiczki, zagotować tylko aby zakrętki "zassały".

Uwagi:
!. Trzeba uważać przy czyszczeniu chili ...;-0
2. Słodycz sosu jest złudą ...ale to raczej normalka ...;-)))
