Na 3-4 osoby

ok.400g Spagetti
sol
1-2 papryczki chili lub suszone platki chili
3-4 zabki czosnku
6-8 lyzek oliwy z oliwek
natka pietruszki
ser parmezan ( starty)
sol morska ( mozna zastapic zwykla)

Prepare instructions:

Wode nastawic w garnku , po solic i zagotowac wrzucic makaron i ugotowac wedlug opisu na opakowaniu. Czosnek obrac i pokroic w plasterki. Chili umyc i drobno pokroic
( jezeli niechcemy zeby bylo zbyt ostre chili przekroic wzdluz i oczyscic z pestek).
Patelnie rozgrzac wlac oliwe ( w tym czasie odcedzic makaron), dodac czosnek oraz chili. Podsmazyc na zloty kolor. Uwazac zeby czosnek sie niespalil poniewaz bedzie gorzkie! Dodac ugotowany makaron i dobrze wymieszac. Posypac posiekana natka pietruszki , doprawic sola morska ( lub zwykla) oraz parmezanem.

Pyszne spaghetti - robimy identycznie tylko dotąd bez chili - teraz wypróbujemy z chili - dzięki za pomysl. POLECAM
