Spaghetti a la arrabbiata

Ingredients:

40 dag makaronu spaghetti,
1 kg dojrzałych pomidorów,
2 papryczki chili,
3-4 ząbki obranego z łupinek czosnku,
10 dag chudego wędzonego boczku,
1 łyżka koncenyratu pomidorowego,
4 łyżki oliwy z oliwek,
5 dag startego parmezanu,
2 łyżki posiekanej świeżej bazylii,
sól, pieprz,
cukier i pieprz cayenne do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować al dente w dużej ilości lekko osolonej wody. Pomidory sparzyć i obrać ze skórek. Miąższ pokroić w kostkę. Czosnek przepuścić przez praskę. Boczek pokroić w drobną kostkę. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę. Wysmażyć na niej boczek, dodać koncentrat pomidorowy, pozbawione gniazd nasiennych i drobno posiekane papryczki chili i czosnek. Dusić na wolnym ogniu przez ok. 10 min. Doprawić solą, pieprzem, pieprzem cayenne i cukrem do smaku. Sosem polać spaghetti. Wymieszać. posypać startym parmezanem i posiekaną bazylią. Podawać bardzo gorące.

Włosi faktycznie wrzucają makaron na sos. My polewamy. Ale pragnę zaznaczyć że stronka ta nie jest stronką włoską i potrawy wcale nie muszą być oryginalne. Ja ten makaron tak zawsze robiłem i smakował wyśmienicie. Kto chce oryginałów to niech szuka na Włoskich portalach, no tak ale tu by trzeba znać język włoski. No więc lepiej krytykować.
