Spaghetti ostre z owocami morza

Ingredients:

Makaron spaghetti (bardzo cienki)
1 duzy pomidor
1 mala ostra papryczka
2 zabki czosnku
Oliwa z oliwek
Krzaczek swiezej bazylii
5 duzych krewetek ze skorupkami (nie wiem jak sie mazywaja;)
Parmezan (starty)
Sol
Pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pomidora zalewamy wrzatkiem , obieramy i kroimy na mniejsze kawalki (pestki wyrzucamy). Czosnek kroimy w kosteczke. Bzylie wyciskamy przez preske lub miksujemy z odrobina oliwy. Pomidora i bazylie mieszamy na miseczce, dodajemy soli i pieprzu. Nastawiamy makaron w osolonej wodzie z oliwa. W tym czasie na patelnie wlewamy oliwe (nie za duzo ale i tez nie za malo) wrzucamy owoce morza(smazyc 1-2 minuty z kazdej strony) czosnek i pokrojona papryczke , dajemy soli i pieprzu. Usmazone owoce wykladamy na talerz, ktory stawiamy na garnku z gotujacym sie makaronem (stygna za szybko). Na patelnie wrzucamy pomidory z bazylia i smazymy do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji (mozemy sobie pomoc widelcem;) Do uzyskanego sosu wrzucamy ugotowany makaron, lekko przesmazamy. Owoce morza podajemy na osobnym ogrzanym talerzu.Spaghetti posypujemy parmezanem. SMACZNEGO;)

(w przepisie mozna zrezygnowac albo z pomidora albo z bazyli, wszystkie warjacje smakuja swietnie.)

Jezeli ktos wie jak sie nazywaja te wielkie krewetki to bede wdzieczna ( ja mowie na nie gambas albo garnele)
