Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniakow
1 slodka smietana (kto lubi to wiecej)
galka muszkatalowa(szczypta)
sol (nie szczedzic)
pieprz (jak kto lubi, mozna zrezygnowac)
Lyzka masla
2 jajka
50gr Startego sera

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obieramy , kroimy w cieniutkie plasterki i wrzucamy do gotujacej wody na 5 min. Po odsaczeniu czekamy az ziemniaki przestygna. Smietane wymieszac z jajkami i galka muszkatalowa. Naczynie zaroodporne posmarowac maslem i ukladac plasko pokrojone ziemniaki (kazda warstwe osobno solic i pieprzyc). Wypelnione ziemniakami naczynie zalac wczesniej przygotowanym sosem smietanowym (ziemniaki nie moga w nim plywac) , posypac serkiem i wlozyc do wczesniej rozgrzanego (200°) piekarnika na 45 min. Smacznego.

Dzis sprawdze ten przepis i wam powiem czy dobre. dodam jeszcze grzyby z cebulka zeby nie bylo tak pusto:)
