Ingredients:

50 dag mąki, 10 dag masła, 5 żółtek, 2 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego, 15 dag cukru, 200 ml mleka, 5 dag drożdży, szczypta soli, puszka masy makowej z bakaliami, gotowy lukier,drobne orzeszki do dekoracji,

Prepare instructions:

1. Drożdże należy wymieszać z jedną łyżką cukru, 2 łyżkami ciepłego mleka i łyżką mąki. 2. Tak przygotowany rozczyn odstawić w ciepłe miejsce do wyrośnięcia. 3. Żółtka jaj należy utrzeć z cukrem na puszystą masę, do przesianej mąki dodać rozczyn drożdżowy, utarte żółtka, mleko i wyrobić jednolite ciasto. 4. Następnie dodać stopione masło i cukier waniliowy, wyrobić ciasto 5. Po wyrośnięciu ciasto rozwałkować na kształt prostokąta. Posmarować masą makową i zawinąć na kształt rolady, następnie włożyć na blasze wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Struclę odstawić do wyrośnięcia. Następnie wstawić do nagrzanego do 180 stopni piekarnika i piec przez około 50 minut( ciasto powinno się zrumienić). 6. Zimną struclę polukrować posypać suchym makiem i drobnymi orzeszkami

Idealny przepis na niewysychające ciasto drożdżowe,gdyż białka jaj powodują twardnienie i przesuszanie ciasta,a w tym przepisie ich nie ma.Cieszę się,że znalazłam przepis taki jak mojej babci.Jej strucle drożdżowe były długo świeże, wilgotne i nie sinoblade.Dziękuję i już mam w ulubionych.
