Szarlotka z kaszy manny

Ingredients:

• szklanka i 3 łyżki cukru
• szklanka mąki
• szklanka kaszy manny
• 1 kg jabłek
• łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
• 1/2 kostki margaryny
• cukier waniliowy
• tłuszcz i bułka tarta do blachy

Prepare instructions:

1. Margarynę schłodzić w zamrażalniku. Jabłka obrać, zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach. Dodać 3 łyżki cukru i cukier waniliowy, wymieszać, podzielić na 2 części.
2. Mąkę, cukier, kaszę mannę i proszek do pieczenia wymieszać, podzielić na 3 równe części.
3. Małą tortownicę wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać bułką tartą. Na dno wsypać jedną część mąki z dodatkami, nałożyć połowę startych jabłek. Wysypać drugą warstwę sypkich składników, wyłożyć resztę jabłek. Na koniec posypać ostatnią częścią mąki z dodatkami.

4. Zamrożoną margarynę zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach wprost na ciasto, wiórki równo rozłożyć. Ciasto wstawić do gorącego piekarnika, pIec 40-45 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni C.

juz to ciasto kiedys robilam...i jest smaczne..i co najdziwniejsze-wyszlo mi!!!!;D(to pierwsze ciasto ktore nie bylo zakalcem..;D)
