TIRAMISU latwe i tanie

Ingredients:

2 opakowania mascarpone (2 x 500 gr)
4 jajka
4 lyzki cukru
duza torebka biszkoptow
kawa (duuuuuzooo)
likier jajeczny ( amaretto w drozszej wersji....)
kakao

Prepare instructions:

4 zoltka ubijamy z 4-ema czubatymi lyzkami cukru, dodajemy mascarpone, wszstko mieszamy na gladka mase.
Ubijamy biane z bialek, dodajemy do masy, mieszamy.

Parzymy kawe (tak aby bylo okolo litra :-) naprawde ) Dodajemy likier jajeczny (ja dodaje ok. 1/4 butelki.)

W kawie z likierem maczmy biszkopty, aby byly mieciutkie i wykladamy nimi blache (ukladamy na scislo, moga na siebie nachodzic!)
Na dno wylozone biszkoptami wykladamy mase z mascarpone.
Nastepnie na mase kolejna porcje biszkoptow ( tak samo jak poprzednio) i jeszcze raz krem mascarpone....

Calosc wysypujemy kakao....

pychota: slodziutkie, aromatyczne i "alkoholowe"........

Tiramisu wg tego przepisu wychodzi rewelacyjnie! Zastanawiam się tylko, czy nie powinnam biszkoptów namaczać pędzelkiem zamoczonym w kawie, bo jednak zamoczone całe w kawie okazały się zbyt wilgotne i rozpadają się przy nakładaniu.

Koleżanka przekazał mi podobny przepis. Rewelacyjnie sprawdzają się biszkopty-języczki, a do kawy najlepiej dodać rumu lub brandy. Pyszności!
