Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:
6 białek
wymieszać na sucho:
1/2 szklanki mąki poznańskiej
1/2 szklanki kokosu
1/2 maku

3/4 kostki margaryny rozpuszczonej
cukier waniliowy
1 szklanka cukru
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
Składniki na krem:
budyń śmietankowy albo waniliowy
5 łyżek cukru
1/2 kostki margaryny
1 żółtko
łyżeczka kawy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Ubić białka, dodać szklankę cukru i cukier waniliowy. Następnie dodać wymieszane na sucho składniki. Dodać rozpuszczoną wcześniej margarynę. Wszystkie składniki wymieszać mikserem. Wlać do nasmarowanej wcześniej formy wysypanej tartą bułką. Piec ok 30 min w temp. 220 stopni (wkładać do nagrzanego wcześniej piekarnika).
Krem:
Ugotować bydyń w 3/4 garnku wody (garnek 1/2 l) wraz z 2 łyżkami cukru. Po schłodzeniu dodać 1/2 kostki margaryny, 1 żółtko oraz 3 łyżki cukru i wszystko wymieszać mikserem. Na koniec dodać 1 łyżeczke kawy.

Ciasto przekroić na pół, przełożyć kremem. Górę można ozdobić wg uznania.

a dlaczego budyń na wodzie a nie na mleku

W taki sposób kremy do tortów robiła moja mama, budyń na bazie wody a nie mleka, przejęłam ten sposób po niej, tak mi po prostu zostało w spadku, nie potrafie wyjaśnić, dlaczego właśnie w taki sposób robiła kremy.
