Truskawki z balsamico pod kremem mascarpone

Ingredients:

500 g truskawek
2 łyżki octu balsamicznego
3 łyżki cukru pudru
1 łyżeczka miodu
250 g. (1 opakowanie) mascarpone
5 biszkoptów (lady's fingers, ostatecznie szampanek lub herbatników)
kilka-kilkanaście listków melisy
płatki migdałów uprażone na patelni bez tłuszczu

Prepare instructions:

1. Truskawki umyj, oderwij szypułki, pokrój dość drobno. Wymieszaj z posiekaną melisą, 2 łyżkami cukru pudru, octem balsamicznym, odstaw n 15 min. do lodówki.

2. Biszkopty włóż do woreczka i zmiażdż wałkiem lub zmiksuj na pył w malakserze. Wymieszaj dokładnie z mascarpone dodając miód i pozostałą łyżkę cukru pudru.

3. Do 4 szklaneczek lub pucharków włóż truskawki, nałóż po porcji kremu, posyp migdałami.

Jest to elegancki i bardzo prosty do wykonania deser, którego zrobienie zajmuje jakieś 20 minut. Doskonałe wyjście awaryjne w przypadku nagłego nalotu gości.

Deser zrobiłam wczoraj nie spodziewając się jakiegoś spektakularnego efektu...ot szybka i prosta słodycz. Spotkało mnie jednak ogromne zaskoczenie. Deser jest doskonały!! Serdecznie polecam. Jedyną moją modyfikacją było dodanie alkoholu do kremu gdyż wydał mi się za ciężki...ale to już kwestia smaku. Dziękuję za przepis.
