Ingredients:

C i a s t o:
2 filiżanki cukru, kostkę masła, ½ filiżanki oleju,
5 zmiksowanych żółtek

1 łyżeczka sody,2 filiżanki mąki,½ łyżeczki soli.1 filiżanka maślanki,

K r e m 2/3 kostki margaryny,25 dkg tłustego sera, 1 szklanka cukru pudru, 1 łyżeczka aromatu waniliowego, ¼ łyżeczka soli.

Prepare instructions:

Składniki utrzeć na gładko mikserem.

mąkę, sodę i sól przesiać przez sito 3 razy. Do mąki dodać filiżankę maślanki – wymieszać, potem dodać /połączyć/ z utartą wcześniej masą. Następnie dodać filiżankę drobno posiekanych orzechów laskowych lub włoskich, 2 filiżanki wiórków kokosowych, 1 łyżeczkę cukru waniliowego lub aromatu waniliowego. Ubić pianę z 5 białek na sztywno, dodać do masy powoli mieszając. Piec w temperaturze 170 0 przez 30 – 35 minut.

Utrzeć w mikserze margarynę z serem. Dodać pozostałe składniki kremu i ucierać dalej aż do uzyskania gładkiej masy.

Ciasto po wystygnięciu przekroić na trzy części, każdą pokryć kremem, posypać wiórkami kokosowymi, połączyć razem.

śliczne torciki , a przepis czeka w kolejce na wypróbowanie :)) mniamusnie wyglada :)

można też zrobić go w kształcie kwadratu, koła, lub w innym kształcie. Te serduszka były robione na 1 roczek moich wnuków bliźniaków. A ten prostokatny na urodziny mej córy a ich mamy

Filiżanka cała jakiej pojemności?

to zależy jaki kto chce mieć duży lub wysoki. Ale jeśli już weźmiemy filiżankę to wszystkie składniki dodajemy tej samej wielkości filiżanką. Najlepiej 150 mll
Ciasto nakładamy do 3/4 wysokości i jeśli zostanie ciasta, można zrobić jeszcze 1 foremkę mniejszą
