Żeberka w kapuście kiszonej

Ingredients:

1 kg.żeberek
1 kg.kiszonej kapusty
2-3 cebule,
olej do smażenia,
przecier pomidorowy,
natka pietruszki,
liść laurowy,ziele angielskie,
pieprz, sól

Prepare instructions:

Nie wiem, czy jest tu podobny przepis. Ja ten dostałam od znajomej, gdy potrzebowałam czegoś nowego na obiad. Do dzieła.

Żeberka umyć, pokroić na kawałki, przyprawic solą i pieprzem. Smażyć przez kilka minut na niewielkiej ilości tłuszczu. Kapustę pokroić, wypłukać, podgotować z lisciem laurowym i zielem angielskim. Doprawić ją do smaku, dodać podsmażoną cebulkę i włożyć żeberka. Gotować aż będą miękkie, a pod koniec dodać natkę pietruszki i przecier pomidorowy. Podawać z ziemniakami i ogórkami kiszonymi.

Zrobiłam, ale muszę powiedzieć że szału to nie ma....chociaż nie powiem że nie dobre, BO DOBRE!!! Smakiem bardziej przypomina gigos, niż danie obiadowe. Nie wiem czy zrobię jeszcze.....może kiedyś....Pozdrawiam

znam łatwiejszą wersję bez smażenia wystarczy wicisnąć kapuste ułożyć na blasze do pieczenia, doprawione żeberka połóżyć na górze i do piekarnika. Tłuszcz z żeberek nada smaku kapuście.
