Ingredients:

Pęczek botwinki
4 duże ziemniaki
1 cebula
Ziele angielskie, liść laurowy
3-4 kostki rosołowe
2-3 litry wody
1 łyżka octu winnego
koperek
sól,pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki i cebulę obieramy,kroimy w kostkę.Wrzucamy je do garnka, zalewamy wodą, dodajemy kostki rosołowe,ziele angielskie i listek laurowy. Wszystko gotujemy, aż ziemniaki będą miękkie.
Botwinkę dokładnie myjemy, usuwamy korzonki i kroimy wszystkie jej części w kostkę. Do wywaru wrzucamy botwinkę i od razu dodajemy do zupy ocet winny( dzięki niemu zupa będzie miała kolor czerwony, a nie bury). Zupkę gotujemy jeszcze przez ok. 20minut na małym ogniu. Można doprawić na koniec solą i pieprzem i posypać koperkiem przed podaniem. SMACZNEGO!!!

Zupa smaczna.Rodzina woli jednak zabielaną botwinę,więc dodałam śmietany.

Zupa jest naprawde smaczna prawie ja zajadam i pisze ale robie ja troszke inaczej ,gotuje na kawalku miesa lub kosci i dodaje jarzynke swieza (matchew,pietruszka,seler,por,lubczyk co kto woli) POLECAM!!!
