Zupa selerowo-jabłkowa

Ingredients:

Na 6 porcji:

25 g masła lub margaryny
500 g selera, obranego i startego na dużych oczkach
3 deserowe jabłka, obrane, bez pestek i pokrojone
1,2 l wywaru drobiowego lub warzywnego
szczypta pieprzu cayenne
sól
2-3 łyżki jabłka pokrojonego w drobną kostkę (do ozdoby)
słodka papryka (do ozdoby)

Prepare instructions:

Masło/margarynę stopić w garnku, dodać seler, jabłka i smażyć na średniej temperaturze przez 5 minut aż zaczną mięknąć.

Dodać wywar, pieprz cayenne, doprowadzić do wrzenia. Zmniejszyć temperaturę, zakryć i gotować przez 15-20 minut lub do momentu, kiedy seler i jabłka będą bardzo miękkie.

Zupę zmiksować blenderem, do uzyskania bardzo gładkiej konsystencji. Można również przetrzeć przez sitko. Przelać zupę do garnka i delikatnie podgrzać. Doprawić do smaku. Podawać w miskach, udekorować kawałkami jabłka i posypać papryką.

Cóż, moja rodzina odmówiła spożycia. Ja jem, ale powtórki nie będzie.
