Zupa z bobu

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

- 0,5 kg ugotowanego bobu
- 3 ząbki czosnku
- 1 duża cebula ( najlepiej młoda )
- ok. 50 g masła
- 0,5 pęczka kopereku
- ewentualnie 50 g serka topionego lub śmietany
- 1 litr bulionu (lub ok. 2 kostki bulionowe- najlepiej ze sklepu ze zdrową żywnością i litr wody)
- sól, pieprz, majeranek
- grzanki

Prepare instructions:

Wcześniej ugotowany bób obieramy ze skórki. Cebulę i czosnek kroimy bardzo drobno i podsmażamy lekko na maśle. Dodajemy bób i jeszcze chwilę smażymy. W między czasie z wody i kostek warzywnych przygotowujemy bulion, który przelewamy do pozostałych składników. Gotujemy ok. 10 min - starając się lekko rozgotować bób. Przyprawiamy pieprzem i majerankiem ( ewentualnie solą o ile jest taka potrzeba ). Na koniec zagęszczamy serkiem topionym ( zwykły, kremowy ) lub zabielamy śmietaną.

Podajemy z grzankami po wierzchu posypując koperkiem. Mmmyyyyy... Pychota.

Ps. Oczywiście jak ktoś lubi może tę zupkę przed podaniem zmiksować. Ja jednak preferuję wersję prostą. Smacznego.
