Zupa z czerwonej kapusty

Ingredients:

Składniki:

2 cebule
1/2 główki czerwonej kapusty
2 jabłka /mogą być kwaśne/
1 łyżka tłuszczu
ziemniaki
6 szklanek bulionu /ja gotuję więcej rosołu lub wywaru do zupy/
sok z 1/2 cytryny
sól
cukier
liść laurowy
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Na patelni rozgrzać tłuszcz. Dodać pokrojoną cebulę oraz kapustę (wszystko w paseczki). Gotować na mały ogmiu 15 minut. Do garnka wlać bulion (lub ugotować wywar), pokrojone jabłka i ziemniaki w małą kostkę, dorzucić liść laurowy. Po 15 minutach gotowania dodajemy składniki z patelni, doprawiamy przyprawami. Gotujemy. Pod koniec dodajemy sok z cytryny.

Zupka jest wartośiowa i pożywna, jeżli ktoś chce może dodać mięso, ale naprawdę nie trzeba. Jabłka smakują jak ziemniaki, a kolor zupki zachęca do natychmastowej degustacji. Moja mama gotowała ją głownie zimą.

Zupa Pychota! Następnym razem dodam do niej wędzonego boczku, ale i bez niego zupa była przepyszna. Gorąco polecam!!! :)

Cieszę się, że smakowała zupka. Warto czasami eksperymentować.
