Zwykła sałatka świąteczna

Ingredients:

2,3 ugotowane marchewki
2 ugotowane pietruszki
ugotowany seler (pół wystarczy)
por
4,5 jajek (wedle upodobania)
groszek konserwowy (ilość wedle upodobania)
ogóki kiszone (ilość wedle upodobania)
majonez,sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ta sałatka jest dziecinnie prosta i zawsze gości u nas na stole , na każde święta, imieniny i takie tam. A poza tym-to jedna z moich ulubionych, m.in dlatego że zawiera groszek i jajko :D Dobra do pieczywa, można zrobić jak moja babcia-zawinąć w wędlinkę takie roladki :D Polecam z majonezem odchudzonym ...

1.ugotowane warzywa kroimy w bardzo drobną kosteczkę
2. pora również bardzo bardzo drobno
3. Jajka i ogórki kiszone ścieramy na dużych oczkach tarki. Ew można jajka pokroić, jak kto chce. Odsączamy nadmiar soku z ogórków!!

4.w misce mieszamy wszystko , dajemy groszek (bez zalewy!)
5. Pieprzymy i solimy ile chcemy
6. Dodajemy majonez i mieszamy. Ja osobiście nie lubię dużo majonezu ale to zależy od Was

Można wystawić na balkin czy do lodówki żeby się schłodziło
Przekładamy do ładnej salaterki i na stół :D SMACZNEGO

Mam pytanie czy te starte ogórki nie będą za żadkie, tzn takie z wodą? co wtedy

:D no więc jest napisane "odsaczamy nadmiar soku z ogórków" jak ściarasz to sok wypłynie i go odsączasz, bo tak to sie z salatki breja zrobi :D
