Bardzo łatwy chleb

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mąki pszennej tzw. 650
1 szklanka otręb
garść siemienia lnianego
garść pestek słonecznika
50 gram drożdzy
1/2 litra mleka
płaska łyżka soli ( dodać na końcu)

Prepare instructions:

Drożdze rozpuścić w mleku w temperaturze około 20 - 30 o C.
Mąkę, otręby, siemie lniane i pestki słonecznika wymieszać razem w misce na sucho.Potem dodać rozrobione drożdze z mlekiem i krótko wyrobić drewnianą łyżką. Na końcu dodać sól i jeszcze raz brdzo krótko wyrobić. Najlepiej metalową miskę posmarować olejem i przełożyc ciasto do wyrośnięcia , przykryć ściereczką i postawić na północnym oknie ( ta czynność trwa gdzieś około pół godziny do godziny).

Po wyrośnięciu przebić ciasto w misce kilka razy pięścią i jeszcze raz postawić do wyrośnięcia. Foremkę do pieczenia chleba wysmarować olejem.Potem uformować chleb najlepiej w długiej foremce do pieczenia makowców zawijanych, odstawić jeszcze raz do wyrośnięcia. Piec 15 do 20 minut w temperaturze około 250 o C.

P.S. Chleb jest najlepszy tuż po upieczeniu ale na drugi dzień też świetnie smakuje.

Chlebuś super/wyrośnięty nie w północnym oknie:)))P/.Pieczony na pewno dłużej niż pół godz.

Chlebek bardzo dobry. Osobiście polecam mniej soli no i "nieco" dłuższy czas pieczenia. Mam stary piekarnik bez termoregulacji i pieklam 50 minut...
