Bigos mazowiecki

Ingredients:

2 główki białej kapusty
80 dag kapusty kwaszonej
1 l rosołu (może być z kostki)
50 dag chudej wieprzowiny
50 dag chudej wołowiny
40 dag kiełbasy (np. śląskiej)
3 twarde jabłka
1 pęczek włoszczyzny
5 dag powideł śliwkowych
kminek
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę białą poszatkować, wraz z kwaszoną włożyć do garnka i zalać mocnym rosołem.
Dodać kminek, wieprzowinę, wołowinę i pokrojoną w kostkę kiełbasę. Gotować do miękkości mięsa. Posolić, popieprzyć, dodać obrane i pokrojone w kostkę jabłka, obraną i posiekaną włoszczyznę. Dusić jeszcze przez 15 min.
Dodać powidła śliwkowe. Dusić, do momentu, aż bigos nabierze ciemnego koloru. Bigos od czasu do czasu mieszać, aby uniknąć przypalenia.

Bigos im częściej odgrzewany tym smaczniejszy.

Zrobiłam, tylko w jakiś dziwny sposób jabłka pomyliły mi się ze śliwkami i to do tego kalifornijskimi...
I nie dałam włoszczyzny.

Kurczę, wychodzi na to, że zrobiłam coś zupełnie innego. Nieważne... smaczne wyszło,a w sumie o to chodzi :)
