Chleb tostowy

Ingredients:

350 g mąki pszennej ( typ 500 lub 550 )
60 g mąki krupczatki
20 g świeżych drożdży
250 ml letniej wody
1 łyżeczka miodu
1 łyżeczka golden syrup ( może być własnej roboty) lub miodu
50 ml oleju
1 łyżeczka soli

porcja na jedną keksówkę około 26 cm

przepis na: golden syrup

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże rozpuścić w kilku łyżkach wody. Mąkę przesiać do miski, zrobić dołek, wlać do niego rozpuszczone drożdże, pozostała wodę i resztę składników. Wyrobić ciasto przy pomocy miksera z końcówką "hak". Ciasto jest dosyć luźne i elastyczne. Przykryć folią lub ściereczką i odstawić na 40 minut.
Foremkę wysmarować masłem i posypać bułka tartą, przełożyć do niej ciasto. Można posypać wierzch solą lub innymi ulubionymi dodatkami, pozostawić do wyrośnięcia na 30 minut.

Piekarnik nagrzać do temperatury 200 ^oC, piec około 40 minut.
Wystudzić na kratce.

Bardzo smaczny chlebek, będę go częściej piekła. Nie mam (jeszcze) golden syropu,w zamian dałam,co miałam-syrop klonowy,wyszło całkiem dobrze. Może zrobię z tego ciasta porcję bułek. Dziękuję za przepis.
