Ingredients:

Składniki na 4 bochenki:

- 1 kg mąki pszennej razowej

- 1 kg mąki krupczatki

- 100 g drożdży świeżych

- 6 łyżeczek soli

- 5-6 łyżeczek cukru

- 100 g pestek dyni

- 10 łyżek łuskanego słonecznika

- 100 g zmielonego siemienia lnianego

- 2 litry ciepłej wody

- 4 łyżeczki oleju (do foremek)

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki dokładnie wymieszać w dużej misce. Drożdże rozpuścić w wodzie i wlać do miski. Wymieszać. Cisto ma być dość rzadkie. Odstwić na 20 min. 4 foremki (keksówki - najlepsze z antyprzywieralną powłoką) wysmarować olejem. Po 20 minutach ciasto wymieszać, przełożyć do keksówek. Zmoczoną łopatką wyrównać wierzch. Odstawić na 20 min. w ciepłe miejsce. Nie przykrywać. Rozgrzać piekarnik do 230 st. (nastawiam na ciasto). Po 20 min. wyrośnięte ciasto wstawić do piekarnika. Piec ok 50-55 min.

Ale się tych chlebów napiekłaś około Wielkanocy. Szły na prezenty dla rodziny?

Przy okazji, dopisz proszę w przepisie, ile gram ma Twoja kostka drożdży.
