Ciasto na naleśniki lub krokiety - proste i zawsze sie udaje*

Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki przennej
2 szklanki mleka
2 łyżki oleju
2 jajka
2 łyżki wody
szczypta soli
(jak ktoś chce wiecej naleśników to mozna wszystkiego po 3 albo 4) jak kto woli :)

Prepare instructions:

Wsypujemy wszystko do 1 garnka oprócz jajek bo jajka oddzielamy. Żółtka do wszystkiego a białka osobno. Do białek dodajemy szczypte soli i ubijamy na piane. Potem wsypujemy do całej reszty i mieszamy. Blenderem lub mikserem jest szybciej, ale jak ktoś nie ma to trzeba sobie radzić łyżką :) Ciasto ma miec konsystencje żadkiej śmietany jeśli jest za żadkie prosze dodać mąki a jesli za gęste prosze dodać mleka :)
Ciasto gotowe, rozgrzewamy patelnie. Ja smaruje patelnie masłem zawsze przed nałożeniem ciasta żeby sie nie przyklejało. Ale bez masła też wychodziło.

Super przepis, od czasu przyrzadzenia miesnego jeza jest to najlepsze danie jakie jadłem. Brak wzdęć gwarantowany, jeszce raz wielkie dzieki!
