Ciasto pysznotka

Ingredients:

40 dag mąki,
20 dag margaryny,
16 dag cukru pudru,
4 żółtka,
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
pół łyżeczki amoniaku do ciast i deserów,
2-3 łyżeczki kwaśnej śmietany,
15 dag orzechów włoskich posiekanych drobniutko,
dżem z czarnej porzeczki (do posmarowania kruchego ciasta)

Do masy:
budyń śmietankowy,
masło roślinne w kostce.

Prepare instructions:

Amoniak rozpuścić w śmietanie na kilka minut przed zrobieniem ciasta. Wszystkie składniki na ciasto zagnieść. Podzielić ciasto na 2 części i rozwałkować 2 placki. Jedną część (spód) upiec a po ostygnięciu posmarować dżemem z czarnej porzeczki. Drugą część (górna część) wyłożyć na blaszce a następnie ubić pianę z białek, szklanką cukru, łyżeczką mąki ziemniaczanej i wyłożyć na cieście , posypać posiekanymi orzechami włoskimi po czym zapiec w piekarniku. Masa: budyń śmietankowy ugotować i wystudzić. Masło roślinne utrzeć z budyniem. Na upieczony spód posmarowany dżemem porzeczkowym wyłożyć masę po czym nałożyć na nią górną część ciasta z pianą i orzechami. SMACZNEGO!!! POLECAM!

Troszkę nieczytelny ten Twój przepis. Ale samo ciasto ciekawe .. Muszę w końcu do czegoś wykorzystać ten amoniak .. ;)
