Ciasto Renatka

Ingredients:

ciasto:
4 żółtka
1 szklanka cukru
250 g margaryny
1 szklanka mąki pszennej
1 szklanka mąki ziemniaczanej
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
4 ubite białka

warstwa podstawowa:
2 budynie czekoladowe
0,6 l mleka
0,5 kg truskawek (mrożone)
3 łyżki cukru

Inna warstwa: (na dużą blachę)
1 kg jabłek utrzeć na tarce, odsączyc dodać garść rodzynek,cynamon i kisiel cytrynowy suchy.
3 budynie waniliowe lub śmietankowe ugotować w 1 litrze mleka.

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka ubić z cukrem. Mąki i proszek przesiać razem. Do żółtek dodawać rozpuszczoną schłodzona margarynę na zmiane z porcjami mąki. Na końcu delikatnie wmieszać pianę z białek.Po dodaniu piany cisto powinno być gęste ale lejące.3/4 ciasta wlać na blachę wysmarowana tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tartą. Blacha 36x25 cm. Na górę ułożyć truskawki krojone w ćwiartki (dobrze sie kroi lekko zmrożone). Ugotować dwa budynie na mleku z cukrem. Wlać gorące na truskawki. Jeśli budyń przestygnie i zrobi się gęsty można kłaść kleksy łyżeczką. Na budyń wylać resztę ciasta (nie musi idealnie pokryć całości). Piec ok. 50 min w 180 st.

ze względu na imię koniecznie muszę upiec ,
i upiekę na swoje urodzinki , aby wszyscy mogli
skosztować ,bo musi być dobre
