Ciasto z masą makową

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

4 jaja
1 szkl. cukru
4 łyżki oleju
1 szkl. mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do p.

Masa:

1.5 szkl. maku
3 jaja
2 łyżki mąki ziem.
0.5 szkl. cukru
1 kostka margaryny
olejek migdałowy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto najlepiej upiec dzień wcześniej .Białka ubić z cukrem na sztywno. Dodać żółtka , mąkę, olej, proszek d.p, i dokładnie wymieszać. Piec ok. 30 minut w temp. 180 ˚C (tortownica 31 cm)
Mak zalać wrzącą wodą. Po 20 minutach zagotować i odstawić do wystygnięcia. Odlać, 2 razy zemleć w maszynce. Dodać jaja, mąkę, cukier, olejek, wymieszać. Zagotować margarynę i nie zdejmując z ognia stopniowo dodawać masę makową, ciągle mieszając. Wcześniej przekroić ciasto na dwa krążki. Gęstniejącą masę makową (gorącą) wlać na ciasto. Przykryć drugim krążkiem. Można posypać cukrem pudrem.

Ciasto jest bardzo smaczne, bo masa jest mokra a nie sucha jak w niektórych kupnych makowcach :) Polecam.

To ciasto jest pyszne,robiłam je wiele razy.Przepis pochodzi z Poradnika Domowego.

Bardzo możliwe, ja dostałam go od znajomej :) bardzo smaczne jest również w wersji z jabłkami :)

Robiłam to ciasto na święta. Tylko w wersji z masą orzechową na masie makowej.Pycha
