Ciasto z wiśniami

Ingredients:

750 g wiśni,

4 jaja,

250 g margaryny,

3/4 szklanki cukru,

1,5 szklanki mąki tortowej,

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,

1 cukier waniliowy,

8 kawałków mlecznej czekolady,

aromat śmietankowy.

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę rozpuścić z cukrem. Gdy ostygnie dodać żółtka i cukier waniliowy. Dobrze zmiksować.

Dodawać stopniowo mąkę wymieszną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Zmiksowac na jednolitą masę, na końcu dodać aromat śmietankowy.

Z białek ubić gęstą pianę. Dodać do masy i delikatnie wymiszać.

Czekoladę mleczną zetrzeć na drobnej tarce i wsypać do masy.

Ciasto równomiernie wylać na wczesniej przygotowaną tortownicę lub blaszkę. Następnie na wierzchu ułozyć wydrylowane wiśnie.

Piec w temp. 180 stop.C ok. 50 min (tortownica) lub 40-35 min jeśli pieczemy w blaszce.

Po upieczeniu można posypać cukrem pudrem.

Dziś upiekłam to ciacho, tylko na blachę wyszło bardzo niskie, ale w smaku SUPER. Na wierzch wrzuciłam wiśnie, truskawki i czereśnie z wanilią, które robiłam do słoiczków wg przepisu z wkl:))
