Ingredients:

DOMOWA "VEGETA"

1 kg marchwi
1 kg pietruszki
1 kg selera ( może mieć na czubeczku trochę zielonego)
1 kg pora
1 kg kalafiora
1 kg cebuli
0,5 kg swieżych kapeluszy borowików ew. podgrzybków
0,5 kg soli
Uwaga: warzyw ma być po obraniu po 1 kg

Prepare instructions:

Przepis dostałam dziś rano od sąsiadki (ona z kolei od swojej znajomej, która sześć lat temu wypatrzyła go w jakiejś gazecie i od tej pory praktykuje). A ja od razu pragnę się z Wami kochane
żarłoczki podzielić . Podobno ma niesamowity aromat podczas gotowania.

1. Umyte i wyszorowane warzywa oraz grzyby przekręcić przez maszynkę do mięsa.

2. Wszystko wymieszać z solą na misce.

3. Ugniatać w wyparzone słoiczki. Przechowywać w chlodnym miejscu. Dodawać do potraw zamiast vegety czy kucharka.

Robiłam to parę lat temu tylko bez grzybów. Można też zetrzeć na tarce. Czasem dodawałam też posiekaną zieleninę na ładny kolor. Ale podczas gotowania trzeba uważać- warzywa sa bardzo słone, dlatego warto przepłukać je na sitku.
