Ingredients:

1 szkl. mleka, 4 łyzki żelatyny, 4 jaja, 1 kostka magraryny, 2/3 szkl. cukru pudru, cukier waniliowy, 2 lyzki kakao, szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

zelatyne rozpuścic w gorącym mleku, bialka z solą ubic na sztywną pianę, osobno ubi żółtka z cukrem pudrem i waniliowym, dodając margarynę, wymieszac ,dodac żelatynę i na końcu pianę z białek,szybko podzieli masę na 2 częsci: pierwszą wylac do malej foremki, lub pucharków i na 3 minuty wstawic do lodowki,a do drugiej ddodac kakao, teraz tę częśc mleczka przełożyc do formy lub pucharków i wstawic do lodowki na 1/2 godziny, po czasie smacznie zjeśc, inka21

to proste: żółtka z cukrem pudrem i waniliowym rozmiksujesz dodając margarynę, a co do żelatyny wymieszanej we wrzącym mleku to zanim zrobisz po kolei to co w rprzepisie podane, to żelatyna ci się do tego czasu ostudzi . pozdrawiam, inka21
