Jajecznica dziadka Wiesia

Ingredients:

- tyle jajek ile potrzeba (w zależności od ilości osób jedzących )
-ok 20 dag surowego boczku
-pół pęczka szczypiorku
-1 mała cebula
-pieprz i sól
-1 łyżka smalcu ( niecała )

Prepare instructions:

-boczek pokroić w paski ( w większe )
-cebulę obrać , pokroić w kostkę
-szczypiorek umyć i drobno poszatkować
-na patelni rozgrzać smalec , wyłożyć boczek na całej patelni , posypać solą i pieprzem , co jakiś czas obracać i mieszać , uważać , by nie zrobiły się zbyt przypalone skwarki
-dodać cebulę , zeszklić
-wbić jajka , wymieszać , podsmażyć , cały czas mieszać , do takiej konsystencji jaką lubicie
-dodać szczypiorku , wymieszać , chwilę podsmażyć
Jajecznica to jest specjalność mojego teścia , jest pycha.W sezonie grzybowym dodajemy do niej jeszcze grzybki kurki , wówczas kroimy je drobno i dusimy z boczkiem , zanim dodamy cebulę.

U...dobry pomysł luubię Jajeczniczkę z różnymi dodatkami! Coś czuję,że jutro na śniadanie będzie pożywna jajecznica z boczkiem,szczypiorkiem i cebulką..

Tylko rób ją zgodnie z przepisem , bo nie wyjdzie taka jaka powinna być , a jest warta grzechu , pozdrawiam
