pieczarki
majonez
przyprawy

Prepare instructions:

jajka gotujemy na twardo gdy ostygną obieramy je ze skorupek i przekrajamy na pół.
wyciagamy z nich żółtka.
Farsz:
pieczraki obieramy, myjemy i ścieramy na tarce, nastęonie dusimy je na patelni.
żóltka rozgniatamy widelcem, pałka do ubijania ziemniaków lub czymkolwiek innym, dodajemy do nich ostygniete pieczarki, kilka łyżek majonezu i przyprawy: pieprz, sól, ziółka i dokładnie mieszamy.
Tak przygotowanym farszem wypełniamy miejsca po żółtkach, ja daje fardz na całe połówki jajek, nie tylko w miejsca po żółtkach.

Na koniec można je posypać jeszcze papryką w proszku

Polecam wszystkim niezdecydowanym te jajeczka, są pyszne. Ja pieczarki obieram ze skórki, kroję na małe kawałki, odparowuję na patelni; potem przerzucam do naczynia, doprawiam solą, pieprzem i maggi - traktuję blenderem, potem dodaję żołtka i majonez; czasem dodaję drobno pokrojony szczypiorek. Pyyyyycha
