Ingredients:

1,5 KG- 2KG karkówki
kostki czosnkowe Knorr
kostki rosołowe
słodka papryka
wegeta

Prepare instructions:

Karkówkę (w całości) nacieramy kostkami czosnkowymi oraz solą, przykrywami folią spożywczą i zostawiamy w lodówce na 24 h.
Po 24 h mięso gotujemy w kostkach rosołowych (kostek dodajemy tyle ile mamy wody). Mięso zostawiamy na dobę w rosole.
Po leżakowaniu przez dobę w rosole wyciagamy mięso, nacieramy wegetą i słodką papryką. Pieczemy w piekarniku ok 1 godziny.

Zajadamy to mięsko na ciepło ale równie dobrze smakuje na zimno.
