Karmelowy kokosek

Ingredients:

NA BISZKOPT:
-4 jaja
-0,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
-0,5 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
-1 szklanka cukru
-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

NO I JESZCZE...
-40 dag wiorków kokosowych
-3 szklanki mleka
-1 szklanka cukru
-15 dag masła
-2 "śnieżki"

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT:
Z podanych składników upiec biszkopt.

A PÓŹNIEJ...
20 dag wiórków, 1 szklankę mleka i cukier gotować razem do yzyskania karmelowego koloru i smaku. Pamiętać o częstym mieszaniu, bo nie macie pojęcia jak szybko się przypala ;) Gotową masę wystudzić. Masło dokładnie utrzeć, wciąż ucierając dodawać po łyżce masę karmelową. Wyłożyć na biszkopt.
"Śnieżki" ubić z pozostałym mlekiem (można je zastąpić śmietaną kremówką, lekko dosłodzoną do smaku), wymieszać z pozostałymi wiórkami i wyłożyć na masę karmelową.

Wierzch udekorować według własnej fantazji,a gdyby komuś zabrakło akurat inwencji twórczej to mogę podpowiedzieć,że posypanie wierzchu wiórkami kokosowymi lub zrobienie "esów-floresów" z roztopionej czekolady daja znakomity efekt :)

Zastępując mleko śmietaną trzeba również użyć "śnieżki"?

Zrobiłam. Ciasto jest bardzo dobre. Wiórki kokosowe gotowane na masę karmelową są bardzo dobre. Zamist śnieżki użyłam kremówki, gdyż stwierdziłam że będzie mniej słodkie. I miałam rację. Gotowanie masy karmelowej zajęło mi ok. 40 minut i to był jedyny maleńki minusik tego ciasta, gdyż ja jestem bardzo niecierpliwa a tu należało jeszcze dodatkowo stać przy garnku i mieszać.Ale całość jest pyszna a ciasto bardzo ładnie się prezentuje.
