Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków 30 dkg mączki ziemniaczanej 1 jajko pół łyżeczki soli cebula bułka tartaolej

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać, umyć, ugotować. Ziemniaki przecisnąć przez prasę, lub zmielić w maszynce do mięsa. Ziemniaki ubić w misce, podzielić całość na ćwiartki. Jedną ćwiartkę wyjąć, w jej miejsce wsypać mąkę ziemniaczaną, dodać jajko, sól. Cebulę usmażyć na złoty kolor, dodać do ciasta. Całość wyrobić na gładką masę. Z ciasta formować kulki o średnicy ok. 5 cm. Spłaszczyć na placek. Panierować w bułce tartej, piec na rozgrzanym oleju do uzyskania złocistego koloru. Podawać polane sosem (może być z torebki).

Dodaję do ulubionych, często u mnie w domu zostaje po obiedzie pare ziemniakow, jest za malo zeby bawic sie w pierogi czy kopytka, ale mysle ze w sam raz jak na kotleciki :)
Jadało się takie na stołówce studenckiej :) Nie ma to jak studenckie żarełko

super są te kulki. dziś dodałam przyprawę do zmiemniaków, podsmarzoną cebulki, pieczarki i kiełbaske. bardzo smaczne, najlepiej smakuje z sosem czosnkowym

Bardzo dobre, ja dodałam do środka plasterki sera żółtego i jadłam z sosem czosnkowym.
