Kurczak w sosie czosnkowym

Ingredients:

- kurczak podzielony na kilka kawalkow
- 2-3 zabki czosnku
- maka
- olej do smazenia
- woda
- przyprawy : sol, pieprz (bialy)

Prepare instructions:

Podzielonego kurczaka myjemy i osuszamy. Posolic i odstawic na jakis czas.
Oproszyc maka i obsmazyc na patelni z kazdej strony na rumiano, nie przypalic.
Przelozyc do szerokiego garna, podlac woda tak aby nie zakrywala kurczaka (na wys. ok. 3/4). Dodac pokrojony drobno czosnek, troche popieprzyc. Dusic pod przykryciem na srednim ogniu ok. 30-40 min.
W polowie duszenia doprawic sos sola i ew. pieprzem.
Pod koniec duszenia ew. dodatkowo zaprawic sos maka, jesli bedzie za wodnisty.

Podajemy z ryzem lub ziemniakami pure i ew. z surowka z marchewki lub salata.

godne polecenia, ale nastepnym razem dorzuce czegoś dla koloru, bo mam uraz (jeszcze z lat wczesnoszkolnych) do dań z jasnym sosem. Z racji szybko postępującego lenistwa i uporczywego burczenia w brzuchu zamiast ryżu / ziemniaków użyłam makaronu, ale też dobre. I na wampiry też dobre ;)
