Ingredients:

Na 4 porcje:

     ♦ 300 g malin (świeżych lub mrożonych)
     ♦ 500 ml jogurtu naturalnego 0%, 0,1%, ew. 0,5% - im mniej tłusty tym lepiej
     ♦ 3-4 łyżki sypkiego słodzika (jeśli nie uznajesz, możesz użyć miodu, ok. 2 łyżki, lub naturalnego słodzika- stevii)
     ♦ kilka kropel esencji waniliowej
     ♦ 1 budyń malinowy bez cukru (na 0,5l mleka)
     ♦ 0,5 litra mleka 0,5%
     ♦ 8 łyżek granulowanych otrębów z jabłkami ( na zdjęciach wersja z płatkami "Fitness" z braku otrębów)

Prepare instructions:

Maliny umyć, mrożone rozmrozić.
Budyń ugotować zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu.
Jogurt wymieszać ze słodzikiem i esencją/cukrem waniliowym.

Do ozdobnych szklanek, lub pucharków układać warstwami:
- maliny
- jogurt
- budyń
-1 łyżka jogurtu lub kilka malin
- 2 łyżki otrębów

Owszem, są rózne opinie na temat sztucznych słodzików, ale większość ludzi będących na diecie to właśnie nimi zastępuje cukier. Sama nie jestem ich zwolenniczką, kilka miesięcy temu odkryłam idealny, naturalny słodzik - stevię, to jej można użyć do przygotowania tego deseru.
