Ingredients:

ok. 7usmażonych naleśników

Nadzienie:
ok. 300g mielonego mięsa wieprzowego
150g pieczarek
puszka pomidorów
1/2 puszki kukurydzy
1 cebula
sól, pieprz
bazylia

Sos:
2 łyżki masła
2 łyżki mąki
1/2 szklanki mleka
1/2 szklanki bulionu
sól, pieprz
ok. 100g tartego żółtego sera
natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Mięso podsmażyć na patelni, dodać pokrojone w kostkę
pieczarki i cebulę. Smażyć wszystko razem przez kilka minut.
Dodać pomidory. Przykryć i dusić ok. 15 minut.
Dodać odsączoną kukurydzę.
Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i bazylią.
Naleśniki napełnić farszem, zwinąć.
Ułożyć w naczyniu żaroodpornym.

Przygotować sos: rozpuścić masło.
Wsypać mąkę i zasmażyć.

Podlać mlekiem i bulionem. Mieszać aż powstanie gęsty sos.
Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Wsypać połowę startego sera.
Naleśniki polać sosem i posypać resztą żółtego sera.

Zapiekać ok. 15 minut w 180 stopniach.
Posypać natką pietruszki.

Robię nie raz takie same naleśniczki, są po prostu pyszne!!

Ponieważ byłam cierpiąca i stanie przy patelni mnie przerosło, to nadzieniem i sosem przełożyłam podgotowane płaty lazanii i zapiekłam. Po prostu pyszne. Tylko zamiast kukurydzy (Najlepszy nie cierpi) dałam czerwoną fasolę i bez pieczarek, bo się zapomniały kupić.
