Ingredients:

2 jajka
0,5 kostki margaryny
2 szklanki mąki
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
5 łyżek kakao
2 łyżki dżemu porzeczkowego
1 szklanka cukru
1 czubata łyżka sody oczyszczonej
0,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 całe opakowanie cukru waniliowego
1 szklanka mleka

W zależności od upodobań gotowa polewa do rozpuszczenia lub cukier puder do posypania.

Prepare instructions:

Rozpuszczamy margarynę, odstawiamy do wystygnięcia.
Jajka ubijamy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym, tak żeby wyszły białe.
Dodajemy po kolei: mleko, mąkę, dżem, kakao, sodę, cynamon i mieszamy.
Na koniec wlewamy do przygotowanej masy roztopioną margarynę i ponownie mieszamy.

Przygotowujemy blachę (może być tortownica), smarujemy ją margaryną i wysypujemy bułką tartą.
Wlewamy do formy przygotowane ciasto i wstawiamy do piekarnika rozgrzanego do ok 180^o. Pieczemy ok 45 min, w między czasie sprawdzamy kilkakrotnie, czy ciasto jest już gotowe.

Gotowe, odstawiamy do wystygnięcia, możemy polać je polewą lub posypać cukrem pudrem i kolorowymi wiórkami.

Ciasto jest bardzo szybkie i tanie.

Bardzo pyszny i jak dla mnie nie jest oszukany bo bardzo kakaowy. Często go robie i nawet dodałam aromat rumowy,też pyszne. Pozdrawiam
